Printing for Philip LeBlanc!

Recently we had the pleasure of doing prints for artist/designer Philip LeBlanc!

These 18″ x 24″ prints were done through a CMYK 4 colour separation process. They turned out quite amazing.

The process of CMYK screen printing is very effective when screen printing a photo realistic image. Photos can be authentically actualized through the layering of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks, allowing for the CMYK to blend creating a large spectrum of varying colour.

Here are some production shots that illustrate the process of laying down all 4 colours!

TURF 2015

We printed the posters for this year’s Toronto Urban Roots Festival (or TURF, clever acronym, no?). It was designed by Jud Haynes, and features chipmunks having a time in a tree. Beyond charming. Thanks, Jud!

Seasons Greetings from Kid Icarus

Happy Holidays! We have some new screen printed greetings cards for you this holiday season.

Our artist collaboration this year was with the lovely Janice Kun who designed this very charming card.
The card is blank inside, 3 colours on 100lb cotton coverstock for $6.
